Happy Wednesday loves! Today I’m reviewing a watch that was sent to me by a company I’ve just discovered by the name of JORD wood watches. The moment I visited their site I was struck by the unique aesthetic of these wood watches. These watches are made of natural sustainable wood (sandalwood, maple, bamboo, blackwood to name a few) and have a classic yet modern feel given the distinctive wood detailing. After receiving this watch it is one of their “Fieldcrest series” in maple I was impressed with the beautifully carved box it was packaged in but it wasn’t until taking it out and wearing it that the love affair began. There are many reasons I adore this watch including the quality, how lightweight it is, the intricate detailing and use of wood, the natural element the wood adds, and how it has a cool menswear vibe while still being feminine. This watch is a product I would recommend to family and friends as it is a time piece that stands out while still being simple and I know it would make a unique gift for loved ones. Check out the Jord site to see their full selection of watches and for more information read their FAQ page.
Today’s look is what I would call relaxed chic, these chambray wide-leg pants are uber-comfy and I love how they flow, both the pants and black tank were recent purchases from Winners/T.J. Maxx.
