We have had one of the longest and harshest winters up here in the great white north (aka Canada). The polar vortex has not been kind and I know many of the states have felt this same wrath. It is still quite cold on days and even the snow has not yet melted:(.
So I sit here and day dream of sunnier days and all the pretty spring outfits I might be wearing. Online shopping does help to get rid of my leftover winter blues. I was just looking through Old Navy’s new arrivals and found so many great pieces all at very reasonable price points.
Old Navy has been a favourite of mine for quite some time. It really is a one stop shop for the whole family especially when you have wee little ones. It is also a store where you never have to pay full price because they are always having great sales or some sort of special deal or offer. Make sure to sign up for their e-mails as they often send out exclusive offers for e-mail subscribers as is the case for many large chain stores.
Some seasons I will find more pieces I like then others, it just depends on the particular collection. So far I am digging their spring style and I noticed lots of white and blue, particularly navy blue. I love white and navy blue as they are such a timeless and classic pairing.
So here is a wish list of some spring pieces I have my eye on. All of which are under $40 and so cute.
1. Boho Tops / 2. Drapey Cropped Pants / 3. Drapey Shorts / 4. Lightweight Textured Boyfriend Cardi / 5. Eyelet Tube Maxi Dresses / 6. Printed Tank / 7. Boyfriend Skinny Khakis / 8. Printed Maxi Tank Dress / 9. Sleeveless Wrap-Front Top
I have to say my favourite of all of these are the drapey cropped pants. I can’t wait to buy and wear them. They look so comfortable and would be perfect with a cute cardi and ballet flats or a neutral sandal. I even spotted Kimberly from Penny Pincher Fashion wearing them in one of her recent posts and was excited to see someone styling them so well!
What are some of your favourite colours and wish list items for this spring?
